Weekend Schedule:

We will offer Friday Organized Practice on this weekend! (An AMA membership is required to practice on Friday, as this is an AMA sanctioned weekend.)

THURSDAY | January 2
Park Closed – No admittance

Registration:  6:30am-8am
Practice:  8am  (for Saturday classes only)   No late or ‘clean bike’ practice 
Riders meeting after practice, followed by races.
Early Registration:  9am-7pm (for Sunday)

Series Classes:

★  Must be 14 years old to practice or race on a 250cc motorcycle  |  Must be 16 years old to practice or race on a 251cc+ motorcycle.

NEW for 2020!  For the 21st Annual FMF Texas Winter Series, we are excited to announce we will be having two classes for the Stacyc stability cycles. Stacyc 12e and 16e classes will be run on a separate track for all the rounds of the Texas Winter Series.Stacyc logo

★  The pit bike races and the Stacyc eBike races will take place after Saturday’s races on a separate track. The entry fee is $20 and you may register at the tower kiosks for these fun classes!  Awards: 1st-5th place

  • Pit bike: Open 12″ (12+)
  • Pit bike: Youth Open (11 yrs and under)



Gate admission:
Friday-Sunday:       $30/Person  ($20 after 4pm)
Saturday-Sunday:  $20/Person  ($10 after 4pm)
Sunday Only:          $10/Person

★  Upon entry on Friday & Saturday, you will be charged for the entire weekend.
       > If you leave on Friday evening, you will receive a refund for Saturday and Sunday.
       > If you leave on Saturday evening, you will receive a refund for Sunday.
       **Ticket AND gate receipt required for gate refund upon leaving.**

★  Children 5 & under are FREE!

Dry camping:  $15/vehicle/night  (Water is available at no charge to fill tanks and wash bikes.)
RV Hookups: $30/day (30amp)  FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED. No reservations.
Organized Practice:  $30/Rider
Race entry:  $40/Amateur Class  |  $60/Pro Class

*Gate admission and Registration accepts cash and all major credit cards.


RV Hookups:

All of our RV hookups will be made available FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED at this event ($30/30amp/day).  No reservations will be made before the gates open. 



★  All registration will take place on race weekends at the scoring tower using our easy touchscreen self-registration system!  (There is no online pre-registration.)

Save time on race day if you’re already in our racing system!  If you have not raced at Swan before (or you do not find yourself when you search under ‘Profile’ in our RESULTS), this means that you are not in our racing system. We can add you beforehand so you can register yourself using the kiosks when you arrive!  Enter your information and we will get you added!  ADD RACER INFORMATION!

★ Be sure to bring your AMA card and 4-digit frame number of each bike you will be competing on to registration.  You must ride the same bike for both motos.  All minors must have a parent or legal guardian (with notarized release from parents) present to sign AMA release.  NO VALID RELEASE = NO RIDE. (See below.)


Minor Release:

NO RELEASE = NO RIDE!  All riders under 18 years MUST have a parent present to sign a release. Or you may bring a NOTARIZED release signed by a parent.  AN UNACCOMPANIED MINOR WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO RACE UNLESS THEY HAVE A VALID CONSENT FORM.  All minors attending this event without parents, must come with a NOTARIZED statement from parents or legal guardian giving permission for another adult to act as guardian to sign releases.




AMA Membership:

AMA Logo 2019An AMA membership is required as this is an AMA sanctioned event.  Save time in line on race day by signing up online!  Be sure to print out and bring your temporary card as proof of current membership, or be required to purchase another one.  Memberships will also be available for purchase at the track on race weekend.  AMA Prices:  1 Year = $49, Youth -11yrs = $29, One-Event Pass = $20.

Notice:  It takes several days for the AMA to process online memberships.  PLEASE BUY ONLINE MEMBERSHIPS AT LEAST 1 WEEK PRIOR TO EVENT SO YOU CAN HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION FROM AMA.  Otherwise, you will not have a way to verify your membership status and you will need to purchase another $49 Annual membership at the races.

Other Information:

★  Water provided for washing bikes- bring your own power washer.
★  Riders MUST bring last 4 digits of VIN of every bike competing on when registering.
★  PARENTS, PLEASE help us! Pit riding is allowed, BUT must be kept in 1st gear, and no riding in the grass.
★  Permitted pit vehicles include: Golf carts, Side X Side, Scooters & bicycles with helmets, and pit bikes.
★  All permitted pit vehicles must be parked for the night by 10 PM

***All riders under 21 MUST wear a helmet when riding through the pits.***
