PHOTOGRAPHERS
Thank you very much for your interest in taking photos at our event!
If you are a freelance photographer, you are more than welcome to shoot from behind the fences, in the pits, and the starting line area, but for your safety you will not be allowed in the infield area of the racetrack.
Please know that you can stay behind the fences and still get all around the racetrack and even out into part of the infield through our underground tunnel. Getting good pictures should truly not be a problem!
If you are a photographer with the press or a media company, please bring your credentials to the scoring tower to receive a media vest and be shown media access areas.
In addition to your gate fee, you may be charged a vendor fee, dependent on your purpose for shooting. All photographers taking photos which they will sell and profit from financially will be required to pay.
.
Option A | Track Access
You will be allowed to access the entire track, starting gates, staging area, etc. We ask that you remain 20 feet away from the track, do not stand on any berms, and please wear the media vest that is provided at all times. The cost is $50 per event.
Option B | Track Access + Vendor Spot
You will be allowed to access the entire track, starting gates, staging area, etc. We ask that you remain 20 feet away from the track, do not stand on any berms, and please wear the media vest that is provided at all times.
In addition track access, you will also have a vendor spot so riders can find you easily! A vendor fee includes an area located front and center on Vendor Row for your exposure, PA announcements, and water and electricity. The cost varies by event; please inquire at info@swanmx.com.

DRONES
You are welcome to fly your drone while the races are going on. We have a few guidelines set in place for the safety of our riders:
- Make sure the drone stays within sight, so it can’t be lost over/around people.
- Do NOT fly over/around people. Make sure your take off zone is away from pits/people/kids/bikes.
- If you are flying over lanes of the track, be at least 50’ off the ground, no where close to the air space around a jump.
- Position the drone where it is not distracting/in the eyesight of rider, as a distraction could cause an accident.

Thank you very much for asking ahead of time. We hope you enjoy your time at Swan!
